Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Contacting leads from the CRM system, with aim of securing an appointment for Sales Team.
- Managing the lead forensics data and contacting leads that have visited the website.
- Contacting clients by telephone and email, providing marketing material and following up.
- Booking appointments for the Sales Team.
- Maintaining the CRM system ensuring all activities are recorded.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Sales / Business Development experience.
- Understanding of working in a project environment.
- Comfortable working on long sales cycle.
- Happy communicating with senior client contacts on high value project leads.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient MS Office 365.
- Used to working with a CRM system.
