A well-established law firm is offering a great opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead its Private Client department. With a strong regional presence, the firm handles a range of matters including high-value estates.
This Head of Private Client role involves managing a broad range of matters as the sole practitioner with a substantial workload already set up. The firm supports ambitious professionals looking to climb the ladder. You will have the chance to shape the future of the department while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The firm seeks someone with 5-10 years PQE who can step in as a Senior Associate or Partner, handle the current workload, and focus on business development.
Location: Stow-on-the-wold
Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
-Managing and handling a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Agriculture
-Estate planning and tax advisory services for high-net-worth clients.
-Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
-Providing excellent client service, meeting clients daily
