We are currently seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our client's team as they look to add a Senior Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the customer support processes and deliver a first-class experience to their valued customers.

Description of the role:

  • Make decisions on faulty, defective, or damaged orders.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions for deliveries and exchanges.
  • Resolve complex delivery issues while managing costs.
  • Escalate technical issues to the Team Manager, Sales Director, or Technical Department.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new advisors and act as a buddy when needed.
  • Support the Team Manager in their absence to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain trackers for the Team Manager, Sales Director, Warehouse Manager, and MD.
  • Help the Team Manager achieve departmental objectives.
  • Handle access checks, Moffatt quotes, and MSD/PF delivery queries.
  • Organise returns, replacements, and refunds.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Confident with providing support and training team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
