Davies is working with a well established financial services client to recruit a Compliance Analyst to join their team. You will be actively ensuring the business complies with regulations, advise on regulatory changes, and provide ongoing regulatory guidance.
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: £300 - £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Engagement Type: Contract, 6 months initially (Potential Temp - Perm Opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the risk-based regulatory compliance process.
- Advise on regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging regulatory risks.
- Undertake compliance monitoring reviews.
- Carry out breach analysis.
- Support HMRC reporting activity.
- Contribute to the development of Conduct Risk & Compliance policies.
Experience:
- Proven experience working within a Risk and Compliance function.
- In-depth understanding of relevant FCA handbooks and their practical application.
- Strong working knowledge of the UK legal and regulatory framework.
- Demonstrated experience with HMRC reporting requirements. (Desirable)
- Experience navigating regulated activities and/or operating in a shadow regulatory environment
- ICA Diploma or equivalent compliance qualification (Desirable)
