A well-established financial services business with Platinum Investors in People accreditation, are looking for an Invoice Finance Administrator to join their busy team.

You will be working within the invoice finance division processing client records, updating systems and supporting the wider team with protecting the business from financial loss.

Hybrid working is available for all employees and can be tailored to suit the individual.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working within the invoice finance division, assisting SME customers manage their cashflow needs
  • Undertake data processing of client records, transfer funds, and review bank statements
  • Assist in the daily reconciliation processes whilst completing a range of office administrative duties
  • Work with sales colleagues by assisting in the production of various reports and support the risk management teams in the preparation of compliance reports extracted from the operating software systems

Experience Required:

  • Experience in administration
  • IT literate and competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Team player and flexible
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised with the ability to manage time particularly when working under time pressures
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £24,750 - £25,000 plus excellent benefits.
