Part Time Administrator

Our industry leading client based in Barnwood, Gloucester has an opportunity for an administrator to join their small and dynamic team on a part time basis for a period of 3 months.

The successful candidate will be a key team member for the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Daily sales order entry
  • Despatching orders on the system
  • Handling incoming and outbound post
  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries and assisting with relaying order progression updates
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Inputting customer orders and processing purchase orders
  • Maintenance of multiple databases and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with chasing payments

Candidate Attributes;

  • Previous administration experience
  • Computer literate - the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
  • Experience of basic accounting duties i.e. raising invoices, would be highly beneficial
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hours; Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week

Salary; £12,000
