Mixxos are recruiting for an organised, analytical, and confident individual to join the team of our client.
You will be responsible for ensuring that distributors across Europe will be able to update their ecommerce platforms providing the latest images and technical data.
Role responsibilities for a Data Administrator:
- Adding new product data to the PIM when launched.
- Managing product data within the PIM.
- Responsible for guiding distributors in the importing, classification, validation and cleansing of their product data.
- Responsible for guiding and advising distributors so their data is best presented from our PIM platform.
- Responsible for ensuring data governance processes are followed.
- To develop the knowledge on how to fully use the PIM platform and assist in the development of the platform in conjunction with the Marketing Team
- To advise and train distributors on how best to import product data from the PIM.
- Add data to both the Ebay and Amazon sales channels when required.
- Be responsible for distributors in the UK and Europe ensuring excellent customer service, productivity, and optimal use of the PIM platform.
Essential skills and experience required for a Data Administrator:
- Analytical and have exceptional attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, be able to create pivot tables and do lookups
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Organised
