We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.
The Role:
- Working closely with a team of Employment Advisors, you will be providing support and guidance to unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment opportunities.
- Support your caseload with the CV writing and job application process, through 1:1 guidance and workshops.
- Undertake initial assessments, including SMART plans and identification of barriers to gaining employment.
- General administrative duties as required e.g. reception cover; booking of meeting rooms; IT tasks and maintenance of financial records.
- Engage with the local community via targeted marketing activities, promoting our client as the Provider of Choice.
Criteria:
- Experience of working within a Customer Service focussed environment, with experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the local labour market.
- Must be IT literate.
