Assistant Management

Your new company
Working for a well established Truro based business you will have the opportunity to develop your finance skillset but also work with non-finance stakeholders on a daily basis to develop the long-term strategy for the business.

Your new role
Working closely with the Financial Controller you will have the responsibility of preparing the 1st draft of the Management Accounts. While also working with the Senior Management Team to conduct monthly budget and spending reviews. Other duties will include;

  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Update and report on cashflow forecasts
  • Provide an overview on Creditors
  • Lead on Grant applications
  • Provide cover for payroll when required
  • Assist with year-end procedures

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous finance experience, ideally with some experience of management accounts but training will be given.

A competitive salary, hybrid working on a 37.5 hour week.
