- Position: Warehouse Team Leader

- Hourly Pay: £12 - £12.63 per hour
- Location: Ashington, West Sussex
- Transportation: you must have access to your own transport due to the location
We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, reputable and established client who are seeking a temp to perm Warehouse Team Leader.
Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a team of up to 15 general assistants.
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow and task completion.
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Liaise with the factory and supplies via emails.
- Work both on the floor and in administrative capacities as needed.
- Operate forklift trucks (reach and counterbalance licenses required).
- Ensure all stock is stored in line with company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
- Proven experience within a warehouse leader role is advantageous but not essential.
- Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses are essential.
- Proficiency using SAP and WMS.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
