  • Working Hours: 7am-7pm
  • Hourly Pay: £12 - £12.63 per hour
  • Location: Ashington, West Sussex
  • Transportation: you must have access to your own transport due to the location

We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, reputable and established client who are seeking a temp to perm Warehouse Team Leader.

Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a team of up to 15 general assistants.
  • Ensure efficient and effective workflow and task completion.
  • Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
  • Liaise with the factory and supplies via emails.
  • Work both on the floor and in administrative capacities as needed.
  • Operate forklift trucks (reach and counterbalance licenses required).
  • Ensure all stock is stored in line with company policy.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

  • Proven experience within a warehouse leader role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses are essential.
  • Proficiency using SAP and WMS.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
