Responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience; to increase customer engagement and subscriber retention.
To provide daily support to our customers via telephone, email and social media channels; acting as the first point of contact in the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.
To manage and route all inbound enquiries to the appropriate person.
To maximise the conversion of customer enquiries contributing to the growth of the business. Reacting to customer editing requests and supporting new product deliveryWhere requested.
Support on Spanish Editing strategic plans.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in relevant language
- Ability to develop a clear understanding of customer behaviour and needs
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations
- Attention to detail
- Team work and building relationships across departments
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Good level of IT competence
- Fluent in Spanish
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and good level of knowledge of Excel
