I've partnered with a leading managed service provider is seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in the heart of Wiltshire. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to exciting projects for a diverse range of clients.
The ideal candidate: We're looking for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and excellent customer service skills. You'll have hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 deployment and support
- Windows desktop and server environments
- Networking (routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls)
- Cloud infrastructure
Key responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, remote access, and on-site visits
- Design, propose, and deliver small-scale projects
- Manage client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
- Work collaboratively in a team of 6 talented professionals
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional client visits
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota (with additional compensation)
