We are proud to be partnering with a manufacturing business based in south Cambridgeshire to recruit a 14-month FTC HR Manager role to cover a period of maternity leave.
Salary range between - £60-£70k per annum. The role could be offered on either 4 or 5 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. This is predominately a site-based role.
Interviews will take place in November with a view to start at the beginning of January 2025.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be supported by an experienced HR Coordinator and you will manage all of the day to day HR activities.
The role:
Partnering with the leadership team on implementing the HR strategy
Providing advice and guidance to all employees and the SLT
Leading on developing manager capability
Managing the performance management process
Leading on all aspects of recruitment and selection
Managing HR projects to keep developing the employees
Providing management information from HR data
About you:
CIPD qualified
Up to date UK employment law knowledge
Experience of working in a stand-alone role for a small to medium size business
Manufacturing sector experience would be an advantage however not essential
Proactive approach to delivering HR initiatives with strong emotional intelligence.
