They are looking for an Air Product Manager with experience using a GDS (ideally Amadeus) to join their growing team. As an Air Product Manager you will be handling the back office flight itineraries and negotiating competitive flight and accommodation rates with suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiating preferential rates with airline and hotel providers via the GDS system.
Ensuring ATOL and IATA compliance within the company.
Identifying and curating packages to suit diverse client needs.
Contributing to the development of new packages and experiences.
Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive rates.
Efficiently managing ticket distribution and optimizing company expenditure through value pricing strategies.
Understanding and aligning with client preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
A minimum of 3 years of experience within the travel industry.
Proficiency in using a GDS, ideally Amadeus.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service prowess.
Capability to perform under pressure and manage sudden demands.
Genuine passion for travel and entertainment.
