As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be immersed in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle—from identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals to building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers you the unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor, helping clients secure exceptional talent and guiding candidates in shaping their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Building strong client relationships by delivering market insights, candidate assessments, and strategic talent advice.
- Managing the full recruitment process, from initial engagement to candidate placement and beyond.
Requirements:
- A university degree, with a strong interest in finance, sales, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals.
- A results-driven attitude, with resilience and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
