They are looking for a highly organised individual with prior experience in an Independent Financial Practice. The ideal individual will be a great team player and will have the opportunity for hybrid working after the probation period.

The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:

Financial Administrator requirements:
- Experience working within an IFA practice
- Experience with or knowledge of financial procedures.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Well-organised.
- Proficient in IT.
Key duties for the Financial Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Handling new business applications.
- Aiding in the preparation of suitability reports.
- Scheduling client reviews.
- Providing support to Advisors.
- Managing incoming calls and emails.
