A top-tier UK law firm is seeking to recruit a Housing Management Associate for their Manchester office.
Role Overview:
The role involves managing all aspects of housing management functions, including:
- Litigation and advisory work
- Possessions, including anti-social behavior (ASB)
- Tenancy management
- Injunctions
Note:
The role does not involve disrepair work.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: DOE, with NQs starting at £48,000 and solicitors with around 7 years PQE earning in the mid-£70,000s.
