JGA are partnered with an excellent Manufacturing company seeking a HR Systems Analyst to be the sole point of contact for all HR Systems queries in the business.
This is an exciting, project-oriented role focused on process improvement and system integration. We're ideally looking for SuccessFactors experience, but please do apply if you have HR Data analytics, integration, and configuration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the SME on HR Systems.
- Overseeing Talent/Performance Management module, Engagement Platform, T&A System and Recruitment Platform.
- Collaborating with HR System stakeholders.
- Conducting training sessions on HR Systems.
- Engaging with third parties.
Skills:
- Experience in HR Systems.
- Able to present and manage HR Data.
- Ideally SuccessFactors and Employee Engagement platform experience.
