My client is a reputable and leading Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn, who are currently seeking a Corporate Case Administrator to join their team.

This is a Full-time permanent position.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £ (dependant on experience)

Job Purpose:

Responsibility for managing the portfolio of corporate cases comprising mainly of CVLs.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years insolvency experience essential.
  • Ability to read detailed and complex documents including financial statements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to use their own initiative.
  • Good communicator.
  • Good team player.
  • Flexible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Insolvency Practitioner with the preparation of documents, from initial advice through to the completion of the case.
  • Ensuring all cases are compliant in accordance with SIPs and current legislative frameworks.
  • Managing and developing direct reports to enhance their knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement within the Company
  • Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work independently whilst co-ordinating office duties and responsibilities.
  • Dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries varying in complexity.
  • Undertaking statutory investigation work for submission of conduct reports.
  • Liaising with agents regarding asset realisation as required.
  • Ensuring that IPS diaries are maintained
  • Maintaining records of chargeable time spent on case work.
  • Attending and assisting at meetings both in and out of the office when required.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing case statistics as and when required.
  • Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of the Directors
  • Working under pressure and having the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures followed
