Corporate Case Administrator
My client is a reputable and leading Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn, who are currently seeking a Corporate Case Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-time permanent position.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £ (dependant on experience)
Job Purpose:
Responsibility for managing the portfolio of corporate cases comprising mainly of CVLs.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 years insolvency experience essential.
- Ability to read detailed and complex documents including financial statements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to use their own initiative.
- Good communicator.
- Good team player.
- Flexible.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Insolvency Practitioner with the preparation of documents, from initial advice through to the completion of the case.
- Ensuring all cases are compliant in accordance with SIPs and current legislative frameworks.
- Managing and developing direct reports to enhance their knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement within the Company
- Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently whilst co-ordinating office duties and responsibilities.
- Dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries varying in complexity.
- Undertaking statutory investigation work for submission of conduct reports.
- Liaising with agents regarding asset realisation as required.
- Ensuring that IPS diaries are maintained
- Maintaining records of chargeable time spent on case work.
- Attending and assisting at meetings both in and out of the office when required.
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Producing case statistics as and when required.
- Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of the Directors
- Working under pressure and having the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ensuring all policies and procedures followed
