The Role
The Account Handler / Senior AM role sits in with the SLT, and the successful hire will hold overall responsibility of key accounts and the business's continuous growth strategy.
The role offers a wide scope of work and clients.
- Client liaison and account management
- Generating proposal ideas and costings, putting together quotations
- Input into the overall sales strategy and growth plans
- Managing timeline proposals
- Attending client meetings, site visits and providing consultancy on suitable AV and scenic lements
- Networking and sourcing leads
The company offer excellent flexible working, and don't require you to be in the office too much, they have a base in Crawley, but also utilise hot desking in the city as well as working from home.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have event agency experience and a proven ability of managing corporate accounts, winning new business, and networking.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new business within the audio-visual market. Their experience will demonstrate a deep understanding of the live events industry and the specific needs of relevant stakeholders. This background equips them to effectively navigate the complexities of the market and tailor solutions to meet client demands.
In addition to their industry knowledge, the candidate will possess the ability to develop strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. They will have a solid grasp of video, audio, and lighting technologies, ensuring they can engage in informed discussions with clients and provide valuable insights. Staying current with the AV marketplace, including the latest products and trends, is crucial for adapting to evolving client needs.
The candidate will be adept at understanding project schedules and plans, which is essential for successful project management. Their commercial awareness allows them to pitch ideas effectively, aligning solutions with business objectives. Finally, excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable them to articulate concepts clearly and foster collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
