We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a popular Primary School in Barry. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with primary-aged children, providing essential support to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1:1 Support: Provide individualized assistance to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Classroom Assistance: Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Behavior Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Educational Support: Assist in implementing learning plans and activities tailored to students' needs.
- Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience working with primary-aged children is essential.
