We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Class Teacher to in Watford on a full-time basis. Once successful you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This role includes full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and participation in school activities and events.

Key Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in Year 3.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and attainment.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3 students.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
