At Alexander Lloyd, we are excited to announce that we are partnered with an established trustee organisation based in London who are looking for an experienced Benefits Technician to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full cradle to grave administration
  • Successfully working towards client deadlines and identifying any issues with a senior team members
  • Administer scheme's benefits in accordance with Scheme's rules and agreed processes

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of pensions administration experience
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of DB pension administration calculations
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and of The Pension Regulator and implications of non-compliance.

This role would be 5 days a week in the office initially for training and then this would become hybrid.
