Your new role
As a locum Adults Social Worker in a hospital team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality social work services to adults with diverse needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for our service users.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
- Facilitate safe and timely hospital discharges.
- Provide advocacy and support to service users and their families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised qualification in Social Work.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social care within a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
