Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager to join our thriving Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of property management experience and excel in a high-pressure environment. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Main Duties:

  • Protect our clients' assets and act in their best interests.
  • Retain management of the property portfolio.
  • Prioritise key maintenance issues (e.g., floods, boilers, leaks, appliances).
  • Add value when sending inspection reports.
  • Negotiate deposit deductions fairly and efficiently within required timeframes.
  • Understand the KPIs required for the role.
  • Consistently leave notes on RPS and attach documents to the letters folder.
  • Set and follow up on tasks to manage issues personally and support colleagues during absences.
  • Develop an understanding of client accounts and statements.
  • Attend local branch meetings and participate in morning meetings as per the rota.
  • Fulfill inspection requirements.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with the senior leadership team.
  • Understand the roles of supporting departments (lettings, compliance, accounts, tenancy progression) and know when to contact them.
  • Support the growth and development of colleagues.
  • Ensure the current portfolio is fully compliant (e.g., EICR, Gas Safety Certificate).
  • Adhere to department standards.
  • Inform both tenants and landlords about the end-of-tenancy process.
  • Provide guidance on the deposit dilapidations process.
