Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients that specialize in sealing solutions and are looking for a customer service representative to join the team in customer service and internal sales support team. The parts manufactures are things such as polyurethanes, rubbers and various plastics to relevant ISO & accreditations and API associated procedures.
Looking for start as soon as possible!
Duties would include:
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with Customers - Handling incoming &
outgoing sales calls, emails from/to customers.
- Managing the quotation & order handling process.
- To support with raising quotations, work orders, quality documentation to audit standardrequirements.
- To comply fully with customer conformance, labeling and dispatch of goods.
- To support with Stock taking and inventory management, and raising supplier POs
- To safeguard that the customer requirements are met by continuous follow up of
schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments etc.
- To support the account manager with contract preparations, sales history analysis, &proactively following up on quotations raised.
- To manage post sales activities (claims returns etc.)
- To support the cash collection process acting on goods in transit, overdue, payment conditions, credit limits etc, To support with ISO- External & Internal branch audits.
