Marketing Executive

Hampshire

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum

TRC is working with one of the leading providers of residential and nursing care homes in the UK. Our client operates in the South of the country and is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Must have experience with mailers, SEO understanding and experience and CRM database creation/management, ideally with a background in health and social care.

The ideal location would be for someone based in Hampshire, however, my client will consider strong applicants to work from home.

The Role:

The Marketing Executive role is key to the delivery of my clients' business objectives and will support the team to engage with our customers via targeted mail campaigns, social media (NHS being our target market), CRM management with the purpose of generating referrals into the business and build our customer database with new contacts. Your customers will be internal and external stakeholders. A key to this role is ownership and management of the companies CRM system and content and generating new business.

Job responsibilities:

  • Website; Work with the web design agency to build a new website. This will require great project management skills, a creative flair and due diligence to create a great product to help sell our services. You will need to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to make this happen. We would hope that you can contribute to the content and help set the tone for what our new website should incorporate, looking at the careers side of the content through to if we should be using virtual tours to promote our homes. Management of the website thereafter to keep it relevant and updated will be your responsibility.
  • Social media; Create a social media strategy that suits the business needs to create meaningful relationships with our customers. Create messages and posts consistently that are relevant and promote the business
  • CRM database; Migrate existing customers onto a new database that the business will be owning (potential Microsoft dynamics). Strong ownership and management of updating and researching customers to build up our network nationally, focusing on areas where there are gaps in the business demand. This will be a key part of the role and is integral to bringing in new business and referrals.
  • Mailers, From the Sales and Marketing plan you will need to create content for our mailers and send out content, at the right time, working up a schedule to support the Sales plans and deliverables in the team. Take full ownership of reporting of leads and feeding back to the team to follow through.
  • Monitor care home mediums online to make sure our products appear in the right place and that we do not miss out on opportunities to promote our home. I.e carehome.co.uk, Local Authority care directories.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Business Development to create a Sales & Marketing plan for all business-as-usual care homes and hospital, and future care homes that we are aiming to deliver in 2024/2025.
  • Company literature: review all company literature and revise the content and update where appropriate, working with all internal stakeholders for input into the copy and liaising with our design agency through to finalisation of the literature. Be ongoing and proactive in pre-empting changes to brochures as clinical needs in the business or services change. Attend photoshoots at our care homes and hospital to create a portfolio of new images to promote our business, and use for marketing content, print, and web.
  • Press Releases: Explore this area for opportunities for the company, with new services opening and messages of importance, this is an untapped market that we need to create a strategy for, also including any awards that we should be part of. (I,e Care Home Awards).
  • Case Studies: Work with the services to design and write copy for case studies to support our marketing literature and promote our services.
  • Good News stories: Work with the care homes to get good news stories regularly so they can feed through to the marketing materials and share to the companies customers with the marketing campaigns.
