We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our Rossendale site. This exciting role requires a seasoned professional who can lead our F&B department to deliver exceptional service standards and maintain robust control systems.

K ey Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, develop, and manage the food and beverage team to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Financial Management:

  • Set and monitor budgets in collaboration with the Site Manager and Finance Team.
  • Optimize all revenue streams and manage costs effectively.
  • Provide analysis reports including sales and wage forecasts.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and ensure compliance with food and beverage SOPs.
  • Manage stock and quality control.
  • Oversee all activities within the food and beverage department, including conferences and events.
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality service is delivered.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in upholding licensing objectives and conditions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a management position within hospitality.
  • Personal Licence holder.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, stock, and margin control.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in customer care and staff management.
  • Knowledge of local and regional hospitality trends.
  • Basic food hygiene certificate.
