We are currently seeking a number of experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the inbound department of a busy parcel distributor in Dordon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing third party logistics company with close ties to a number of global distribution brands.
Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be physically fit and able to work in a dynamic goods in department.
Daily responsibilties include:
- Lifting and palletising a wide range of products out of containers
- Palletising goods and assisting with warehouse paperwork
- Comfortably offloading up to 25kg parcels (any orders over this weight limit would be carried as part of a two-man lift)
Hours of work for the Warehouse Operative will either be:
- AM shift 0600-1400 / PM shift 1400-2200 / Night shift 2200-0600
Rate of pay will be £11.44 per hour, with uplifts applied for PM or Night shifts up to £12.50 per hour
Overtime may also be offered for early / late finishes depending on business demand
