Hours are 10 pm - 6 am.
THE MACHINE OPERATOR ROLE:
- Setting up and operating a laminating machine. The machine uses a combination of rollers to apply thin plastic tapes to a flexible bar.
- Perform quality checks and adjust machines when necessary
- Follow written documentation.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in operating machinery in a factory
- Able to perform high dexterous tasks
- Team player and happy helping others
- Good communication skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS AS MACHINE OPERATOR:
- £15.44 per hour (circa £30,108 per year)
- Discretionary 5.5% bonus (circa £1,655.94)
- 25 days holiday + public holidays
- Bonus scheme
- Optional healthcare and pension.
