Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Officer for a temporary position on behalf of our client based in Staplehurst. This role is ideal for a candidate who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time schedule within our office environment.
**Finance Officer
Day to Day of the Role:
- Managing and processing financial transactions and records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounting functions and improve financial processes.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process company payments.
- Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed.
**Finance Officer
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Finance Officer role or similar.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will be in commutable distance to our client in Staplehurst and be able to work full-time in our office.
