FLT Reach and Counterbalance Drivers

Gi Group Scarborough have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Forklift Truck driver to join our reputable client based in Driffield.

The successful candidate will operate an FLT truck, adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times. We require a valid and accredited FLT Reach and Counterbalance License.

Main duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure loading and unloading of deliveries of steel material are carried out in a safe and efficient manner following standard operating procedures
  • Stack and organise materials, and transport goods to designated locations in the warehouse
  • Adhere to the company quality standards, reporting any non-conformance in relation to inbound/outbound deliveries in a timely manner
  • Working on site alongside other crew members and other forklift drivers.

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Fork lift licence in date
  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work to a high standard of finish
  • Good attitude to work
  • Willing to undertake additional duties if asked
