PROPERTY MANAGER
THE COMPANY...
We are on hunt for a customer service driven candidate to join this successful business in York.
You will provide a high level of customer service, building relationships with clients internal and external.
WHAT'S ON OFFER...
- Full time, Permanent position
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 in every 4 Saturdays (9-3.30pm)
- Salary £24,687.52 per annum OTE £2,500

THE ROLE...
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with existing and new customers and satisfy customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Organise and carry out all internal property inspections within timescale required by line manager
- Produce and send landlord reports on inspections within 3 days of inspection
- Follow checkout procedures and conduct and ensure completion of efficient checkouts
- Organise gas safety maintenance files for all managed properties
- Organise estimates, repairs, and maintenance as and when required
- Complete works orders, authorise the works, and follow through to completion.
THE IDEAL PERSON..
- Previous experience in customer face to face dealings
- Previous experience in telephone communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Customer driven with a drive for results
- Car owner/Driver
