My developer client is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their medium sized team in Bristol. This is due to an increase in their current workload across their region. The Technical Coordinator will play a crucial role in reviewing drawings and trackers for a large, multiphased project. This position requires regular travel to the site, with a hybrid working arrangement to balance office and site work.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse technical drawings and trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Maintain comprehensive records of drawings, documents, and revisions.
- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables to the management team.
- Support the project team in meeting deadlines and achieving project milestones.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in learning and professional development.
- Previous experience in a technical coordination or related role within the construction or development industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
