The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning.
- Providing expert advice on complex estates, inheritance tax efficiency, and trust structures.
- Collaborating with a highly experienced team of legal professionals in a supportive and open environment.
- Developing strong client relationships and engaging in business development to grow the Private Client Team further.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 6+ years of PQE.
- Extensive experience in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration, including managing complex cases.
- STEP and/or SFE membership is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients plan for their future.
- A proactive approach to business development and team leadership.
