You will be responsible for onboarding new starters, dealing with complex employee relations cases, and ensuring all HR policies are complaint with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a HR Advisor position, is a confident communicator and is excited to contribute their skillset to this fantastic team!
Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure new starters experience a smooth onboarding process
- Serve as the first point of contact for any employee queries and concerns
- Update HR policies to fit new employment law and regulations as required
- Identify training needs and develop training materials
- Develop performance appraisal schemes
- Maintain accurate employee information
- Fostering a positive workforce through an HR presence
- Perform ad-hoc HR administration tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Great communicator and positive attitude
- Team player
- Meticulous eye for detail
