Job Title: HR Operations Administrator
Location: NW London (2-3 days per week on-site)
Duration: 6 months

Rate: Day rate negotiable, outside IR35

I am looking for multiple HR Operations Administrators to join UK based company during a significant period of transformation. As an HR Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining HR processes, managing personnel records, and ensuring seamless communication between the HR department and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organise personnel records to uphold accurate employee information.
  • Keep internal databases up-to-date, including meticulous recording of sick or maternity leave.
  • Draft essential HR documents such as employment contracts and comprehensive new hire guides.
  • Review and update company policies to ensure alignment with current regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to guarantee legal compliance.
  • Generate regular reports and dynamic presentations showcasing key HR metrics.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Support the payroll department by supplying pertinent employee information, including leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrate a solid work history in roles such as HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar positions.
  • Utilise experience with HR software, including proficiency in HRIS or HRMS systems.
  • Exhibit strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and adept understanding of HR procedures.
  • Showcase exceptional organisational skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritise critical projects.
  • Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills, ensuring clear and efficient phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, providing a foundation understanding of HR principles.
