We are seeking a Paraplanner who is passionate about lifetime financial planning and thrives on the detail of building financial plans and ‘what if' scenarios to help clients achieve their life goals.

Day to day of the role:

  • Conduct detailed financial planning analysis to build and develop cash flow forecasts that serve as the foundation of our financial planning solutions
  • Understand client aspirations, analysing their current assets and what is needed to achieve their goals, ensuring recommendations remain suitable year-on-year
  • Create, update, and maintain clients' financial plans accurately, ensuring action points from client meetings are addressed effectively
  • Write simple, concise, and jargon-free reports that help clients understand the rationale and potential pitfalls of our recommendations
  • Build and maintain client relationships through various communication channels and attending client review meetings
  • Coordinate with the Back-office team to assist with application/processing queries and ensure exceptional client service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A passion for detail and financial planning
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning preferred, but will consider candidates working towards this
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct oneself with humility and integrity
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to enhance client service
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on building and developing cash flow forecasts
  • Experience in maintaining and updating financial plans and addressing client meeting action points
  • Competence in liaising with clients and building strong relationships
