My client in Edinburgh is looking for a customer service IT support candidate to join their team over the summer period. This is an immediate need.
This is an initial 8 week contract but there may be extensions or a full time position for the right person.
It is paying up to £160 per day inside IR35.
It is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in:
- ITIL Service Desk
- CRM ticketing systems
- Customer service
- Positive telephone manner
