Hybrid - London, with some travel
£40000-50,000 + exceptional benefits and bonus
Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing Educational companies with technology and ethics at the heart of their business. B Corp certified, they are the talk of their sector and have ambitious (further) growth plans across the UK.
They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Learning and Development manager to work with their experts, designing programmes around technical and soft skills, looking at new ways of providing L&D, and delivering the training.
This is a multi-generational workforce, with a growing Gen Z component, therefore you should have an innovative, ideas-based approach to excellence in training at all levels.
Key areas for the L&D Manager will be:
- Continuous improvement
- Coordination and Quality Assurance
- Programme Development and Implementation
- Content delivery - Leading on "Training the trainer"
The ideal Learning and Development manager will have worked in dynamic sectors such as media, tech or innovative education solutions.
