Our client is based on the outskirts of Wokingham and are looking for the perfect Office & Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. You will oversee daily office operations and lead the busy team to ensure delivery of customer service processes to a high standard as well as continuous customer satisfaction, working to SLAs while monitoring performance data. This is a fully office-based role working 8:30am to 5:00pm with a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience as well as a fantastic 12% discretionary bonus plus a range of wonderful extra benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating a 'customer-first' attitude and driving a culture of exceeding customer expectations throughout the team.
  • Providing coaching, training, and leadership to ensure that the Customer Service Team consistently meets and surpasses performance targets.
  • Conducting thorough analysis and providing valuable insights on customer service performance, generating daily and weekly reports to track progress.
  • Drive continuous improvements and enhance the overall quality of service delivery.
  • Effectively managing and maintaining customer information within the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into successful projects, delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations every step of the way.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement a customer-centric approach, aligning strategies with broader business objectives.
