Release Manager (Gaming)- London/Remote-6 Months- £37-£42 ph PAYE

A global technology company are looking for an experienced Release Manager (Gaming) to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance of products with game release and update requirements, while designing, implementing, and maintaining release pipelines and processes for multi-platform game project.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of Contact for Platform support and release management: (Sony, Steam, Quest)
  • You will be responsible for planning and preparing DLC content for release across all platforms coordinating with Production, Engineering and Marketing to ensure content and store assets are delivered in a timely manner and product pricing is accurate.
  • You will carry out risk analyses to make recommendations on submission strategies
  • You will ensure that metadata required for digital content online are correctly received (promotional graphics, content, video or text showcasing our product in the online store)
  • You will plan and coordinate digital content offers and releases in collaboration with PMM/Production

Skills/ Experience:

  • 5+ years in video game development, preferably in a Release Management/Live Ops role
  • Familiar with Platform submission requirements with an emphasis on Steam and Playstation
  • Preferred experience working with XFN stakeholders in a high pace environment,
  • Excellent written and communication skills
