Job Description:
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, and will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge control systems. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating robust, efficient, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining web applications using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Designing and implementing scalable and secure front-end and back-end systems.
- Extracting, cleansing, and transferring data from control systems to various dashboards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimising applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code.
- Working closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Providing technical support and continuous updates for plant control systems.
- Assisting in the design and development of bespoke control systems for new and existing equipment.
- Spearheading new projects and creating innovative systems that drive the company's technological advancement.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of database design and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with PLC/SCADA systems is a plus but not required.
