Executive Assistant- 12 months FTC

A national, award winning and diverse law firm based in Nottingham City Centre are seeking a proactive and engaging board level Executive Assistant to support their board including their Chief People office and Chief Operating Officer on an initial 12 months maternity contract starting in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a diverse firm who are rapidly growing and leading in their field. The successful candidate will have solid C-Suite Executive Assistant experience, ideally within professional services or similar. This is firm offer hybrid and flexible working, an inclusive and supportive environment and a great opportunity to develop.

Day to day duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Full diary and inbox management for board members
  • Coordinating on meetings internally, with stakeholders and investors and key clients
  • Arranging, attending and minuting of board meetings, following up on key action points
  • Preparing presentations and formatting of documents
  • Project related executive support tasks
  • Processing expenses
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for the senior level individuals, often acting on their behalf where needed.

The successful candidate will have solid Executive Assistant experience supporting at C-Suite level within a medium to large size organisation. You will have a strong understanding of the professional services sector and the structure it holds. The successful candidate must be a team player, strong communication skills and have high levels of confidentiality.
