Quantity Surveyor

**The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Administering JCT contracts
- Conducting site valuations
- Preparing detailed reports for our architecture team
- Developing pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.
**Requirements
- For Senior Applicants: A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision.
- For Junior Applicants: Some experience in quantity surveying is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You will be expected to be in the office three days a week, ideally in Bath on Wednesdays for team catch-ups.
**Location
This role covers the areas of Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, Stroud, and parts of Wiltshire.
