Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

What's involved?
- Dealing with daily enquiries via post, phone and email
- Answering whatsapp messages
- Responding to trust pilot reviews
- Allocating jobs through a portal
- Generating & sending out guarantee packs
- Booking in van services & checks
- Assisting with invoicing
- Responding to the live chat platform
- Ensuring all diaries align & are up to date
