Job Title: Commercial Area Manager
Salary: 40,000 (Plus 5,000 car allowance)

The Commercial Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing parking operations in selected locations across the UK. Reporting to the Commercial Area Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a customer-centric approach to ensure operational excellence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day parking operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise parking attendants and support staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards.
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation and cost control.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue performance through marketing initiatives and customer-centric market propositions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of parking sites, addressing operational issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient operation of parking facilities, resolving any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Monitor revenue streams and implement strategies to maximise profitability, including pricing optimisation and value-added services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any facility maintenance or repair needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in parking operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture and team engagement.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation in a parking operations context.
