CI/ Business Transformation Manager

This role is for a passionate and dedicated Business Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing projects from concept to launch in the FMCG Food Manufacturing industry, particularly within the Engineering & Operations department. This role will utilizes risk assessment and fully lifecycle project management skills, as well as pitching projects to board members / c-suit.

Description

  • Lead and manage transformational projects within the manufacturing and greater business areas
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business departments with a greater focus in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering & Manufacturing department
  • Drive change and process improvements within the greater business
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, map out project life cycle from concept/pitch to completion.
  • Preform cost-modeling of various projects.
  • Using data, identify potential risk and bottleneck issues of projects prior to pitching, assist with the project pitches
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders; communicate to various department heads project benefits and that department budget needed for projects.
  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Lead, mentor and manager a team of four; overseeing their career growth, etc.

Profile

A successful Business Transformation Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing transformational projects within the FMCG industry; food manufacturing greatly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; must be able to get 'buy-in' from various executives and team leaders
  • Data drive problem-solving, with an inquisitive aptitude and strategic thinking
  • Experience with project management from full life-cycle; concept /pitching to full delivery / commercialization
  • A process driven, logical and organized individual
