Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a manufacturer on the outskirts of Horley who is seeking a Sampling Assistant to join their team. We are open to full-time or part-time candidates, ideally available to work across 4/5 days.

- Salary £23k - £28k pro rata

Responsibilities & Tasks:
Sample management:
- Unpack and correctly label all incoming samples
- Maintain and manage samples in both the office and storage areas
- Pack and post all samples
- Provide proof of delivery upon request
- Pick, log, and dispatch sample requests for customer delivery
- Collaborate with buying and sales teams to gain a comprehensive knowledge of all brand products
- Order office supplies as needed
- Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties to ensure the office and warehouse are always clean and tidy
Ad hoc office duties:
- Prepare for external meetings
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate person
- Communicate with contractors for office maintenance
Skills, experience & requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Physical ability to lift samples as required
- General computer and data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers

Salary £23k - £38k depending on experience
