Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to the senior leadership team.
- Provide insightful analysis and financial advice to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to optimize business operations.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems to safeguard company assets.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and ensure the alignment of financial objectives with operational goals.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
